Answer: We do not accept insurance. All of our services are cash pay only.

Answer: Yes, you may cancel at any time. Please coordinate with your provider to ensure a safe transition off of our program. ​

Question: Does my medication need to be refrigerated?
Answer: Yes, upon receipt, you should refrigerate your medication. It is shipped with ice packs to ensure proper temperature until you receive it.

Question: Where does my medication come from?
Answer: All medication orders are sent thru a US based and licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounding pharmacies are licensed in each state they're based in, and our partner pharmacies are licensed to ship to North Carolina and Florida. ​​
