Question: How do I get into my telemedicine visit? 

Answer: Click here and select your state. Your provider will then be with you shortly

Question: How do I schedule an appointment?

Question: Does my plan include medications and provider visits? 
Answer: Yes, your monthly service includes the medications and provider visits

Question: Does my pricing change based on my dose? 

Answer: No, we do not increase your pricing as your dose increases. 

Question: Do you accept insurance? 

Answer: We do not accept insurance. All of our services are cash pay only. 

Question: Can I cancel at anytime? 

Answer: Yes, you may cancel at any time. Please coordinate with your provider to ensure a safe transition off of our program. 

Question: Does my medication need to be refrigerated? 

Answer: Yes, upon receipt, you should refrigerate your medication. It is shipped with ice packs to ensure proper temperature until you receive it. 

Question: Where does my medication come from? 

Answer: All medication orders are sent thru a US based and licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounding pharmacies are licensed in each state they're based in, and our partner pharmacies are licensed to ship to North Carolina and Florida.
